CAD/CAM Details :
We have the separate CAD/CAM division for designing the Moulds and using the latest CAD/CAM software CIMATRON for Modeling, Mould Design (Quick Core Cavity Separation, Quick Electrode Design and Mould base) and to create the NC Codes for CNC.

Computer Details

1. We have 4 PCs that are connected in networks.
2. Two P4 machine with 512MB RAM and 1.7 GHZ speed each one for CAD and CAM
3. One PIII machine with 128MB RAM for Tool Room
4. One Celeron machine with 64MB RAM for CNC.

Software

1. Windows NT Workstation
